    These are more traditional workshops where I provide theory, tips, and an opportunity for everyone in the room to participate.

    Tailored to yours needs, but my most popular workshop is Confidence 101.

    2) Sell it to me!
    Ideal if you want to combine professional development with team bonding.

    3 presenters each get 3 minutes to pitch a personal topic or opinion to the room. They receive 1:1 coaching with me before and after.

    3) Bespoke.
    If you have very specific needs and goals, I’m happy to create a personalised workshop for your group.

  • Every coaching journey is tailored to your goals. Whether you need one intensive session or a series to build long-term confidence, I’ll create a plan with you.

    I typically work with clients in three ways:

    • Power Hour: One-off deep dive on a specific event, tailored to your notes

    • Coaching Package: 3–5 sessions, with a chemistry chat to tailor your plan.

    • Ongoing Coaching: Regular or ad hoc sessions for long-term growth.

Interactive Workshops for Groups

I combine practical tips with hands-on exercises, giving everyone in the room a chance to participate. Each workshop is tailored to your team’s needs.

My most popular session is Confidence 101, where I guide participants through my PMP framework: Preparation, Mindset, and Practice.

  • I tailor my session to your group size.

    If you’d like every participant to get personal feedback from me, I suggest a max of 10 participants.

    I’ve done workshops for groups ranging from 3 to 100 participants. And I’m happy to facilitate group exercises or breakout rooms.

  • Generally, my masterclasses are minimum 2-3 hours including breaks.

    That is because I want to give everyone a chance to practise presenting.

    If you have less time available, I have intense formats for 1 hour.

    Or, if you have more time available, we can cover more and give everyone a chance to speak more.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual workshops.

    Generally, I recommend in-person workshops, so we can connect more!

    But, I know that online presentations are normal and that logistics can pose an issue.

    As you can see in the photo above, I conduct virtual sessions and I have a lot of fun doing them! I use virtual features like the emojis, comment section, and breakout rooms to create an energetic atmosphere.

Sell it to me!

Sell it to me! is my unique format that blends culture-building with professional development. Think of it as a public speaking social!

How it works:

  • 3 presenters each get 3 minutes to pitch a personal topic or opinion. Silly or serious – as long as it’s delivered with passion!

  • Each presenter receives 1:1 coaching with me to sharpen their delivery.

  • The rest of the group enjoys a casual, supportive environment to cheer peers on and learn new perspectives.

Fun fact: I started running Sell it to me just for fun at my previous job– and quickly realised how much I loved coaching. The rest is history.

  • No, don’t worry, it’s not just for salespeople!

    However, the idea of selling is a powerful way to hone effective and persuasive communication skills.

    You'll practice sharpening your focus (the argument or 'sell'), your structure, storytelling techniques, and so much more.

    Anyone from Marketing to Product or Customer Success and HR has benefited from this format.

  • One session lasts 1 hour, featuring 3 speakers who have prepared their pitches in advance (with my help).


    Each presenter has 3 minutes to pitch, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session with the rest of the group. This inspires deeper engagement from listeners and empowers presenters.

    Sell it to me works even better as recurring activity until everyone (who wants to) has presented.
